Property Evaluation
Housing Group Investments will evaluate your property and do a market analysis on similar listings. Depending on the condition of Your property and the market outlook we might suggest some rehab to secure a maximum ROI (Return of Investment) for you.

Housing Group Investments will effectively market your property online and within our own network. We have developed a marketing strategy to secure that we find the best tenants for your property and that the vacancy rate will remain very low.

Tenant Screening Process
It is our responsibility to provide You with a good tenant. We thorough screen all new tenants by, checking criminal record, income verification and more. We also take a security deposit. We want You to feel safe renting your investment to others.

Lease Agreement
When rent is negotiated, we secure that all parties have signed the lease agreement before we give the tenant access to the property. We at Housing Group Investments are licensed Property Management Company and Brokerage and we only use lease agreement templates approved by the State of Florida. We will help You with all the details related to signing the agreement.

Tenant Management and Property Maintenance
We will secure that the tenant pays rent on time and pay You. We attend to their maintenance requests and act as their Single Point of Contact.

Moving out
If the tenant moves out, we will make sure cleaning is performed and if needed we will look into rehab needs before placing a new tenant.

If we for, some reason, need to evict the tenant we will take care of the process with the State and all the legal aspects related.
